  • Why my watch can’t not see the Phonebook/ Call logs/ Messaging?

    Please connect the watch via the phone, then download the “Fundo” app which’s QR code is
    in L11 smart watch. And then register the Fundo account then connect the phone and watch
    at Fundo app, after this 2 connection, L11 watch will have the BT logo at the top:


    Now it will work and syn well.

  • How to change the clock interface?

    Long press the clock interface and slide to change, then press “OK” to confirm.

  • What is the pixel count/density?

    256*320 pixel

  • Does this watch work with a Samsung 7/ Galaxy J7/LG G5?

    Yes, it does, it can support the Android mobile Android 4.4 or later.

  • Does this watch work with a iPhone 7/ iphone 6?

    Yes, it does, it can support the iPhone mobile iOs 8 or later.

  • Can you respond to emails and texts?

    You can reply to text messages with the default text. Can not reply to mail.

  • Can you store music on it?

    It plays whatever music is saved to your phone... It syncs your phones music.
    For iPhones, need to open the music app in the phone first.

  • Can i change the wall paper/ UI style on the main screen?

    Yes, find the UI style icon and select the one you like.

  • Is the watch waterproof?

    No, don’t sink the watch into watch, daily life water splash is OK. However the strap is genuine leather, please be careful of water.

  • What app do I need to use? The QR code only leads me to a word document in chinese/English.

    The app’s name is “FunDo Wear”, please select the version that fit your phone.

  • Why I scan the QR code but can not down load?

    Please scan the QR code via the browser, then select the version that fit your phone, if you are using the app such as Facebook, Wechat to scan, please open the link at the browser.

  • How to change the watch?

    There is a Micro USB cable and charging case in the giftbox, connect the USB port to the charging cradle and ensuring a snug fit for charging.


  • Can I change the strap?

    Yes, the current strap is genuine leather, if you want to change to the silicon one, please follow the below step:

  • How long will the battery last?

    The battery life (standby) is 72 hours, a full charge take about 3 hours.

  • Why my data is not synned on my phone?

    The data need to syn manually, please open the app and click syn.


  • Why can’t my Android mobile phone use the Siri?

    Siri is for iPhone, for Android user, as there is so many different Android phones, there is still no confirmed regulation for the voice control device. So Siri working on the Android may be not perfect.

  • How do I know if my watch is connected probably?

    If the watch is connected probably, it will show BT logo at the top like as below:


    The white BT logo means the BT is ON, but not connected.


    The blue BT logo means the watch is connect to the mobile phone only, still need to connect via the Fundo app. Likewise, if the BT logo is green, it means connected to the Fundo app only, still need to connect via the phone.
